Moodle Hosting Accounts - All new Moodle hosting accounts with annual contract are covered by a 30 days money back guarantee. If you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the first 30 days of holding an account, we will issue a 80% refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase.

However, terms and conditions under SLA will take precedence if in conflict with this Refund Policy.
